Synergy Advanced Analytics

Synergy is a consulting company specializing in data based customer management that assists organizations in realizing the business potential of end-customers.  Synergy has positioned itself as a leading consulting company in the customer management business arena based on successful implementations of hundreds of business solutions significantly improving profitability in leading organizations worldwide.

Working with different organizations, we came across the need of using advanced analytics for different business purposes.  We found that on one hand, organizations are concerned with the resources required for advanced analytics, and their ability to produce practical business insights from the analysis, on the other hand.  One of the reasons for that is the difficulty in locating the right facilitating body for handling this process, one which has the ability to integrate both business skills and execution skills required for succeeding in such process.

On the other hand, during our work over seas, we discovered a new world of advanced analytics, which uses a variety of advanced tools, provides solutions for many challenges in short periods of time and produces concrete and measurable business benefits which have a major impact on the organization's performance.

As a result, we chose to bring this innovative approach to Israel and to expose the local market to a different way of operation.  We decided to establish the Synergy Advanced Analytics division, which will be integrated in Synergy's consulting business and will provide an innovative and complete layer of advanced analytics for maximizing the impact of the consultancy process.

Synergy Advanced Analytics division presents a whole new approach which includes:

Business Integration - A business approach to analytical solutions that provides an end to end solution, starting by defining the business needs, through providing the analytical solution and up to the realization of the business value.

World Class Experience - A business model that combines international experts with rich experience and best practice background from complex projects all over the world, and local experts who know the local markets. Both of whom combine rich statistical experience, on one hand, and practical business experience, on the other hand.

Tools – Using organized work methods and variety of statistical tools, for fast and accurate solutions. Among these tools we can find a unique technology of identifying social networks and opinion leaders. The technology was developed by Datanetis. Synergy represents Datanetis and is a VAR (Value Added Reseller) of its products.

Project Oriented - A pin point project according to Synergy's project management methodology, which ensures a complete business solution and an improved delivery time to market.


Advisory board

For the first time in Israel, Synergy chose to establish an Advisory Board which will serve as a "Center of Excellence" that combines both academic and technologic knowledge with the evolving market needs and will assure adequate adaptation of the academic methods and techniques to the business environment.

The advisory board includes senior executives in data-analysis application companies, leading experts in various statistical fields – from both, the academic and business environments, as well as operations research experts with rich experience in various statistical techniques and applications.

During its years of operation, Synergy has accumulated rich experience among its leading customers, in the various solutions and services offered by Synergy Advanced Analytics.

The range of executed solutions include: Advanced customer segmentation, Social Networks mapping, Customer behavior analysis, Identification of customers activity patterns and more.

Over 12 year experience in characterizing, building and leading analytical processes in the areas of marketing, sales, finance and engineering in leading organizations.

8 years experience in Partner's (Orange) Business Intelligence division, and 2 years as the ACRM department manager.

Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse expert.

20 years of experience in building and integrating various analytical solutions in leading organizations worldwide.

Accumulated experience of over 200 projects in most of business sectors.

Managed Data Mining teams in the UK and USA, with emphasis on business utilization and financial contribution to the business by using customer's data.

VP Intelligent Marketing solutions at SAS for 3 years. In this role he was incharge of the implementation of the analytical tools in SAS's marketing solutions and for other sectors.
